Depends how many apps you use, or media you play. I'd get away with it as a minimalist user, ubt it will be a bit of a tight fit and you'll have to delete stuff to make room; maybe all your stuff and put it back after when you see how much space is left. 8Ggbg is a surprise, didn't know they made the 4S that low.
