I also started getting this behavior ever since I started using iOS 8 Beta 1 back in June on my iPhone 5S. It still does it now and I am now running the beta of 8.1.1. It appears that if I call the same number back not too long after I have called it SIRI won’t ask for confirmation and I believe somebody who mentioned that it doesn’t ask for confirmation for your Favourites might be correct, but it does ask for verification a lot. I make quite a lot of phone calls and that is pretty consistant and I have gotten used to it.
