Hi, To confirm, I did assume that the OP was talking about an indoor type complex & not a larger, outdoor one. The indoor type is much more common in the UK hence my assumption although AFAIK the OP is abroad. Baring this in mind: if you live in a large outdoor complex then yes, you will have some options as per the other messages in this topic. However, if it's all indoors I still maintain that GPS will be next to useless.
