Using iTunes to install an upgrade is nice because you get constant
updates from iTunes on the progress of your update. Not a bit deal for a
dot release like this, but comes in handy for a major update.

Ten minutes is quite good, I usually find it takes fifteen or so.
Whenever you update, just wait for VoiceOver to come back. It will come
back eventually, and if it doesn't after an hour or ore, then you can
start to worry. A minor update like this one was pretty fast; a major
one, like 8.0, would have taken even longer, most likely. Don't forget,
when it says it is rebooting, it is really rebooting, extracting the
update, checking it, installing it, checking a final time, and rebooting
again.

Ok, my phone just took 10 mins to reboot is all, didn't know it would
do that.
Maybe it was my fault for trying to just turn it back on myself too early.
