I don’t know about navigation by headings in Voice Dream as I have never attempted that. However, I use Voice Dream extensively. I updated from IOS 7.1.2 to IOS 8.1 on Saturday and to 8.1.1 today. I have had no issues at all with Voice Dream sense the updates. I also have not encountered the problem with not being able to navigate by character that some have reported.
