In one of the VoiceDream updates, Winston added the ability to adjust the navigation unit so that you would swipe down with one finger on the play button to jump by the amount you selected on the Navigation setting which is just to the right of the play button. So, touch the play button and flick right with one finger so you are on navigation. Then flick up or down until you get to chapter. Then, go back to the play button and start the bookshare book or newspaper playing and then do a one finger swipe down and it will jump by Chapter, which is interpreted as headings in today's New York Times or in a bookshare book.
