Audio Defence has much more sophisticated gameplay and sound design than Sixth Sense. Sixth sense has one zombie coming at you from in front of you. Audio Defence has several coming at you from all directions, and there are probably about twelve different kinds with different properties. I like both games, but they really are different, IMO.
