Subject: RE: Unable to Read Account info in iTunes 12 with JAWS 16
Hi Judy,
I just had a look and it seems to work for me and I also use Jaws 16. Here is
what I do:
1. Check the iTunes Store radio button on the main iTunes screen.
2. Activate the “Store Account” button and arrow down through the list
which comes up, you will have the following options:
Wishlist
Purchased
Redeem
Account Info
On account Info press enter and enter your password, the Store Account button
in my case now says “Sieghard” and it takes maybe 10 or so seconds for the
iTunes page with my account info to load. I guess this could be faster or
slower depending on the speed of your internet connection.
Use tab or F6 to go to the actual web page and you should now see the following:
iTunes Store
Secure Connection
Account Information – that is a heading level 1
Apple Id Summary – that is a heading level 2
It now goes on to show my my Apple Id email with a button underneath which
Jaws reads as “edit at appleid.apple.com”.
Basically this will open the same web page as when you go to to
http://AppleID.apple.com
Next I see a heading called “Payment Information”.
If I arrow down I see “MasterCard•••• •••• •••• 5919” so basically I see that I
have a Mastercard on file ending in 5919.
Arrow down again and you have “edit” which if you activate it will allow you to
edit the card information.
It then goes on to billing information with an edit option, then
Country/Region, Computer Authorizations and so on.
When I selected to edit my billing information I was able to press enter on the
credit card number or use Alt+/Down Arrow on the combo boxes for the expiry
date and enter information or make selections.
Regards,
Sieghard

Subject: Unable to Read Account info in iTunes 12 with JAWS 16
Hi. I need to review or change my credit card info for my iTunes account. I am
using JAWS 16 and iTunes 12. I went into the iTunes store on my computer and
was unable to read the information. I could not access this info on my iPhone 5
either. Has anyone else had this problem, and how can I fix it.
All help appreciated.
Thanks.
Judy
