I started reading the Dresner book that you recommended. I'm enjoying the
straight ahead uncomplicated way it's written. In the first section on
setting up your phone there isn't much about what you do if the phone is
used, like if I needed to clear out the settings from a previous user. I am
going to look for a section on that. I believe I saw something in the
contents about it.
