Oops forgot about Airdrop! You might be able to use that to do what you need! Open control center: Touch the status menu then 3 finger swipe up from bottom of screen! Find the airdrop button and single finger double tap . Then select the option you wish to use [either just contacts or everyone! And of course the other people must do the same on theirs! Then you should be able to go to the file in question and see if you have an option to share and if so one could be airdrop!
