There are a lot of apps like this in the app store. Whether they are accessible and how well they work I can't say, maybe check www.applevis.com to see if any of them are reviewed there. Anyhow, here is one of them I found when I did a quick Google search for what you are looking for. If you check the "What other apps do people buy" section you'll find links to other bluetooth sharing apps you can check out by clicking on the links. This app is free, but if you want to get rid of ads you have to do a 99 Cent in-app purchase.
