Hi Lori Nice to express such happy feelings! I was a beginner too 10 months ago. I didn’t even know how to configure an iPhone on my own. Many of us blinds seem to care about making mistakes or thinking they will never manage to fulfill such tasks without risks. Well I can tell you friends of mine are experienced sighted chaps even making huge mistakes and taking no precautions and so losing all their music or contacts like happened by one of them yesterday. I am very pleased too then that you, even as a blind, can give advise to be more careful the next time, or empty the app switcher or even reboot their phones before doing any update. Regards Davy
