Hi Carol, Just thought I point out that what you are describing applies to emails and the mail app. The original poster asked about forwarding or printing text messages.

It should say "Reply"! If it says "Compose" you are too far to the right. Double tap on "Reply", then you can flick right (or touch if you know where) to get to the "Forward" option.
