Yesterday I turned off all auto resume including the cellular auto resume
that I found in the TuneIn settings - I'm not sure what the latter setting
refers to. That solved the issue. I have been using the dictation feature
since I got the phone and it requires a 2 finger double tap to stop
dictation. This never caused TuneIn to auto resume before, not until
yesterday. I wonder if I accidentally activated something unintentionally.

Hi,
By default, two-finger double tap on your iPhone screen plays your last
music/audio/stream, whatever that was, regardless of whether the program
that made it is in the App Switcher or not. There is a way to turn this off
completely, somewhere in settings; but I change it (so far) only on an
as-needs basis. (It is regarded as your 'last current action'.)

Chris
Yes, but I closed Tune In Radio. It is not in the app switcher. When I am in
a different app like messages and I am doing a double finger tap to stop
dictation on comes music or a stream from what I was listening to in TuneIn
before I closed it! It is not open, or not in the app switcher but randomly
now testing it again when I do a 2finger double tap and it resumes, but but
but as I said I closed Tune In Radio.
I went to the Tune In settings and the last thing says cellular, auto
resume. I don't know what that is.
And yes I understood that the address bar field and search field are now
combined but what is that combo box in the regular form field for
searching doing there? -----Original Message-----

I suspect it has nothing to do with the TuneIn developers and has more to do
with the two finger double tap resuming your last audio. If you don't want
the two finger double tap to start resuming your audio then what are you
expecting it to do?
