Two finger double tapping pauses audio it does not stop it. Two-finger double tapping also resumes audio. To prevent TuneIn audio from resuming playback in other apps, be sure to activate the stop button in a now playing station in the TuneIn app. The stop button can be found on the lower right of the screen. It is activated with a one finger double tap.
