Yes, it isn't necessary for arm test, but IMO it is still a bug, because
vg is None and passed to setup_pv().
If it isn't a dead code, sooner or later the problem will be reported.
vg.name = None because, guess what, there are no defined names in the
params by default. It is not a bug.
