contains information cribbed from an offline discussion with nVidia
regarding the possibility of creating a GLVND vendor library for
VirtualGL.  The conclusion we came to was that it probably wasn't worth
it, since it wouldn't be possible to eliminate vglrun with such a
solution, but I'm interested to hear what others have to say about it.
