You don't need to build TurboVNC from source, since I only need TurboVNC
for access purposes.  Just download the pre-built RPM for 2.2.1
(https://sourceforge.net/projects/turbovnc/files/2.2.1) and install it.
You could actually do that for VGL as well, but it's useful to make sure
you can build VGL so I'll be able to do likewise.  :)
