This question belongs on TurboVNC-Users. It is not VirtualGL-related. xorg.conf 
does not affect TurboVNC in any way, and whether or not the 3D X server is 
headless also has no effect on TurboVNC.

Please re-post to the appropriate list and provide more details regarding the 
type of mouse you are attempting to use as well as the client O/S.
