No idea.  Which TigerVNC Java viewer are you using?  The latest one (1.2
beta1)?  If the issue occurs with the latest TigerVNC Java Viewer
communicating with the TigerVNC server, then you may be better off
posting it as a TigerVNC issue, since there is a Java expert on that team.
