Hi! Java viewer from the last TurboVNC sources tarball does not transmit (according to xev output) Ctrl, Alt, Shift, Win and Menu to the remote side. The issue does not seem to be on a server side, since the C client works as expected, and I tested the viewer with both turbovnc and x11vnc servers.
Maybe Java is not configured properly, because TigerVNC Java viewer behaves the same way.
