To narrow down the issue in different packages, I have tried to run
the custom build of mesa 9.1 in my local computer without TurvoVNC, it
shown the same result of slowing down the 3D rotating. When I changed
to build the Mesa 9.1 with DRI, it works fine. This explained why 3D
application works on TigerVNC as it uses DRI driver.

It seems that the issues are related to the Mesa configuration, I'll
try different options and both in 7.11 which we are using for the
TignerVNC and 9.1.

Yes, it seems out of scope of being a TurboVNC issue.
