Should be fixed in trunk and branches/1.2.x.  The viewer now disables 
the keystroke buttons whenever view-only mode is selected on the viewer 
side.  If view-only mode is selected on the server side instead, then 
the viewer won't know about it.  In that case, the buttons will still be 
visible, but they won't actually do anything.
