As an OpenText developer dealing with 3D, I never hear of anybody using 
VirtualGL + Exceed 14 on Windows.

In the same way that you focus on VirtualGL + TurobVNC we focus on 
VirtualGL + Exceed VA TurboX (formerly "Exceed onDemand") because users 
will get much better performance with that architecture.

If dropping FAT Exceed support in 2.4 makes your life easier I can't 
object.
