This patch makes vhost_scsi_flush() wait for all the pending requests
issued before the flush operation to be finished.
Changes in v5:

- Fail req if vs->vs_inflight is NULL
- Rename tcm_vhost_alloc_inflight to tcm_vhost_set_inflight
