Is there a way to specify such constraints in Virtuoso? I read Virtuoso ORDBMS support it, but what about RDF? Does it support SPIN (http://spinrdf.org/)?
SPIN support is planned. Ditto SPARQL Views (where by SPARQL itself surfaces as a rule and integrity constraints language).

The above didn't make the current development cycle re. V7.0 and V6 maintenance update release.

The way to deal with these constraints is via views. An RDBMS actually uses an entire view (also know as the DBMS engine schema) to enforce integrity constraints. Net effect, you have a generation of Web generation solutions that became irritated by the "schema first" restriction that this imposes.

Using SPARQL Views, like most things in Virtuoso's approach to RDF oriented data management, will make this all loosely coupled. This means that you have a loosely coupled middle line between the app layer and the storage layer.
