Hi:
I am using virtuoso-opensource version 6.1.1 and I am consistently getting
the following error:
*** Error 23000: [Virtuoso Driver][Virtuoso Server]SR175: Uniqueness
violation : Violating unique index RDF_QUAD_POGS on table DB.DBA.RDF_QUAD.
Transaction killed.
at line 0 of Top-Level:
DB.DBA.RDF_LOAD_RDFXML(file_to_string_output
('/opt/data/pdb/nucleic_acids/rna/rdf/FW/3FWO.rdf'), '', 'rna_pbd', 272, 4)
However this error appears each time on a different file on every load
procedure that I make.
This error does not seem to appear when I load one file at a time.
