Hello, I have successfully installed and used Virtuoso open source a number of times.
On the most recent install, I attempted to use Conductor to add some VAD packages. The install process hung with an error message prompting me to remove a file and reboot Virtuoso. Doing so caused an error of the type: [1] 222 ..where the numbers vary each time. I reinstalled Virtuoso and tried again. Every time the VAD installation hangs, the terminal loses the command line until I restart, and then Virtuoso refuses to boot, giving the cryptic error message type above until I reinstall.
