Hi Laure,

What is the version, build date and OS of  your Virtuoso instance,  running 
"./virtuoso-t -?"  from the "bin" directory of your installation will provide 
these details ? 

Does running the following from the Conductor Database -> Interactive SQL tab 
give a list of graphs:

        DB.DBA.SPARQL_SELECT_KNOWN_GRAPHS()
