I start virtuoso with the command virtuoso-t -f, here is the required
details :

OpenLink Virtuoso Universal Server
Version 06.01.3127-pthreads for Linux as of Aug  3 2010
uses parts of OpenSSL, PCRE, Html Tidy
Database version 3126
SQL Optimizer enabled (max 1000 layouts)
Compiler unit is timed at 0.000972 msec
Roll forward started
158 transactions, 32347 bytes replayed (100 %)

when I run the function DB.DBA.SPARQL_SELECT_KNOWN_GRAPHS() in interactive
SQL, I get  the same message

SQLState: 42000
Message: NOINP: Table options specify an non-existent index or index
path cannot be constructed
