Hi Hugh There are a total of 89 million triples. Both ontology and data. Also forgot to mention that I have used RDF_LOAD_RDFXML() function too, without luck. Additionally, I have uploaded small subset of the data and I encounter the same problem. I get the feeling it is some configuration issue and I really do not know what really it is. I am thinking of re-installing virtuoso again and seeif it solves the problem.
Any suggestions?
