reinstalled and loaded the a data set and ran your query:
*sparql select * where { graph ?g {?s ?p ?o filter(regex(?s,"uniprot"))}}
limit 10;*and here are the result below. It is recognizing the graph, with the above query however selecting for a distinct graph returns nothing!!!!.
