Hi Francesco,

Have you tried running the DB.DBA.RDF_AUDIT_METADATA() function which can check 
and repair corruption in the RDF Metadata as detailed at:

        http://docs.openlinksw.com/virtuoso/fn_rdf_audit_metadata.html

If that does not resolve the problem then are you able to provide a test case 
for reproducing ?

Also, what Virtuoso release is being used ?
