You are already using the 7.2.1 build from June 2015 , which you can see if you 
check with:

C:\virtuoso-opensource\database>..\bin\virtuoso-t -?
Virtuoso Open Source Edition (multi threaded)
Version 7.2.1.3214-threads as of Jun 24 2015
Compiled for Win64 (x86_64-generic-win-64)
Copyright (C) 1998-2015 OpenLink Software

I have been able to recreate the problem you reported with the schema provided 
and reported to development to fix ..
