Hi Kingsley,

I have installed the cartridges_dav.vad package successfully.
Following up on your instructions below, what is the name of the
cartridge I should configure? You stated "HTML (and variants)" but I
don't that option listed under extractor cartridges. However, I do now
see "HTML Table."

Is that the cartridge? Or am I still missing it?
