mISDN does this in mISDN.conf:
>> ; define your ports, e.g. 1,2 (depends on mISDN-driver loading order)
>> ports=1,2
>> callgroup=1
>> pickupgroup=1
i.e., dialling out to mISDN interface 1 tries to find a free channel on
both ports. (Handling this situation explicitly, in the dial plan, is
not a good idea.)
