Oops, spoke too soon!

There's still one issue that is pretty confusing (not quite a show
stopper, but still) for the users:
When you pick up an ISDN phone connected to an NT mode card, the initial
indication tone you hear is the last bit of data from the last call.
So that can be an unexpected indication (congestion/busy) or even a bit of
speech from just before hangup...

Once VISDNOverlapDial() takes over, that is corrected, and you get the
correct tones, but it *is* confusing!
