If that's an "active" card, which exports a CAPI interface and no way
to directly access the ISDN data streams on the card, there is NO WAY
to implement a different protocol in the Linux kernel. You'd have
to write new firmware for the card. All I can say to that idea is
"good luck, you'll need it".
