I have been corresponding off-list with someone who comes from a position of authority on the subject. He has said that the HST adapter uses some custom proprietry circuitry and that some knowledge of this circuitry would be required to make it work. I only have this card on loan, and really need to be returning it by Wednesday, so I'm wondering if it's worth persisting... I'm happy to supply any further debug information you request.
