They do not exist, yet :) We are talking about what is needed to add the DISCONNECT indication status to asterisk's call model. One step is to apply asterisk-1.2-disc.diff in vISDN's samples/ directory, but you would need to write a patch to app_voicemail in order to understand that frame.
