I may be misunderstanding the OSS principle (which, for some reason, I doubt <G>), but wouldn't submitting these initial patches to the asterisk project mean that it gets a much broader attention, and thus more developers to code solutions for the different modules?... Especially if both vISDN and mISDNs project do this jointly...
