I have been thinking about why the delay problem seems to manifest itself intermittently.
I have been using the latest CVS of mISDN and the latest chan_misdn (a few days old) now for a few days and I have yet to see any problems with it. Could it be that using a traditional network interface in visdn introduces latency problems in certain configurations? Also, the fifo buffers do not seem to fill up when the delay occurs. The delay problem makes the otherwise wonderful visdn all but unusable and I have seen this problem since I first tried it months ago.
