I've never tested this configuration, let me know if/how it works.

I tried to configure it with the <port pcm> section.
One card got the attribute master 1 and the other 0 and both enable 1.

I also tried to disable the pcm bus on both cards but that doesn't
change anything.. and btw asterisk was unable to catch calls.. ;-)

I also tried to set the bitrate but that was forbidden, and i can't
find the f0io_counter in /sys..
