We can not get TortoiseSVN (1.5.9, Build 15518) running with VisualSVN Server 1.6.4 (on both Win 2003 R2 and Win 2008). We tried https and http with domain, local and svn users. Browser access always works (FF & IE), but TortoiseSVN does not work. All test are local on the machine.
If we try to connect by TortoiseSVN it asks for the login again and again. With svn users it asks 3 times (!) for the login. Then it seams to shows the repository content correctly. With Windows users it asks 4 times (sometimes more), then it prints: "OPTIONS of 'http://localhost:8080/svn/test': authorization failed (http://localhost:8080)" Eventlog 4 times: Unknown user name or bad password Hope you can help us fixing this problem.
