Could you please send us the VisualSVN Server logs? VisualSVN Server writes log to the Windows Event Log. You could find VisualSVN Server logs in the Application category in the Event Viewer.

Do you have problems with committing outside the Studio via TortoiseSVN or Subversion standard client svn.exe?
