Hi! VisualSVN Server doesn't upgrade the repositories automatically.
To upgrade the repositories format you could use the ""Upgrade Repositories format " command in the VisualSVN Server Manager. To do that please select "All Tasks->Upgrade repositories format" in the VisualSVN Server Manager context menu for "Repositories" node and chose the repositories for upgrading. Please pay attention that no repositories are selected by default. Another way to upgrade the repositories is to execute the following command: svnadmin upgrade <path-to-the-repository>.
