We are using Visual SVN with windows basic authentication enabled.

I know we can do a svn dump and import on the new machine

or per other articles if using svn authentication you can do a copy for the
directory but if using windows auth and our windows auth uses local windows
groups for permissions is there an easy way to move from one machine to
another?
I am doubting a copy of the directory wont work since the ids for the local
groups may be different and was wandering if in fact this is true? If it
is is there a way to parse the files and use the new windows ids?

Thanks
