The error "(OS 5) Access is denied" indicates that VisualSVN Server
service account still lacks access to "E:\Repositories\". I advise you
to revise the permissions again. See the article "Permissions required
to run VisualSVN Server at
"http://www.visualsvn.com/support/topic/00037/. VisualSVN Server
service works under Network Service account by default so you should
make sure that it has Modify access to E:\Repositories.
