What URL do you enter in TortoiseSVN client? What action do you
perform in TortoiseSVN which results in the error?

If you still get the error please provide us with the following information:

* specify the *exact* and *complete* error wording,
* specify whether there is any proxy / firewall / antivirus installed
in your environment. I suggest verifying that you can successfully,
* specify TortoiseSVN client version you use,
* specify the URL you enter in TortoiseSVN,
* provide us with VisualSVN Server eventlog export.
