I'm trying to add hooks to my repositories to update cases on my FogBugz On Demand service. FogBugz provides the hook scripts in the form of a VBS file and a BAT file, but I can't figure out where to put these files, since the only thing I can find for implementing hooks in VisualSVN Server is to paste a script into a dialog.
